Why did Miles's nose bleed before Juliet's when...
This is kinda twisty to think of, but it’s possible that Miles spent more time on the island than Juliet, if the Incident was the ‘second’ occurance of the incident.  The first time the O6 didn’t go back in time, so the incident happened without evacuation, and the magnetic source was breached, then had to be capped with cement.  Miles could have stayed until he was older. ...
